Standup paddle board (SUP) yoga is a fantastic way to infuse variety into your workout routine and try a new yoga practice. Indoor SUP Yoga is practiced on a paddle board in the pool. With our paddle boards, we create floating mats by tethering the boards to the lane ropes. Moving through familiar poses and sequences in a less familiar setting, we have the opportunity to build core strength, balance and stability in a unique way...on a board, on top of the water. This is a great chance to try out SUP yoga for the first time or for experienced SUP Yoga students that want to keep their practice going through the winter months.
